The Beginning PDF Print E-mail

ImageSmall Wonder Children's House was established in 1990. A young mother at the time, Zahariah Othman, channelled her love for children into this very unique Montessori, and together with her husband, Nik, built a name for Small Wonder Children’s House. In 2002, Small Wonder Children’s House was taken over by Jelita Rubina Kayani.   In 2011, Tengku Rosna Shah, joined in as partner, to take SWCH to further heights.  We now have another new partner, Afiza Khadir, joining us in 2015. SWCH has children ranging in age from 2 1/2  to 6 years, who are happy and love attending school.

Small Wonder Children’s House  attract Malaysian and expatriate children from young families residing in the suburbs of Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam even as far as Bangsar, Damansara & Klang.

A children’s house.  The name is exactly what we aspire to be  -  a house for children.  A place where every child feels comfortable, loved, important and safe.  Here, we strive to build every child’s self esteem and confidence, on top of imparting academic knowledge on each child.

School HoursSchool Hours (Monday to Friday)

The school session (a 6 hour programme) starts at 9am and ends at 3pm.  Our doors open as early as 7am (at no extra charge) for parents who need to scoot off to work early, and we also have after hours care for parents who need to pickup on their way back from work (extra charges apply for this).

There are exceptions to this for special events like field trips and such.   However, parents should not worry about these special events as they will be informed of the time changes early on.
